As a functional medicine dietitian, my goal is to take women from feeling overwhelmed and frustrated by their chronic constipation & bloating to pinching themselves because they can't believe they can have awesome poops and no bloat in sight.

I truly know what it feels like to spend more energy picking out clothes based on how ballooned your stomach is and take handfulls of supplements just to poop somewhat regularly. My entire life changed when I found out the importance of wholistic healing and now it's my mission to help you perfect your poops so you can live your life without symptoms getting in the way.

I'm glad you asked! After wrecking my metabolism from a combination of stress, college athletics, and yo-yo dieting, I became absolutely FED UP with my symptoms, which included horrible constipation and bloating, stomach pain, energy crashes, anxiety, acne, and painful periods to name a few.

As a dietitian, I knew the "right" answers when it came to being healthy, but none of them were working. I knew there had to be more than conventional nutrition advice (I mean, a girl can only drink so much water and eat so many vegetables), but was left feeling so confused and defeated by it all.

I stumbled across the "pro-metabolic" world and focused on wholistic, total body healing - and it worked! Now I can eat out & go on vacation without worrying about feeling terrible, I use the bathroom with ease, I genuinely LOVE eating and have no restrictions, and while I still wear my stretchy pants the majority of the time, its because I WANT to, not because I can't button the other ones!
